Thursday Morning Women’s Bible Study
All Things New: A Study on 2 Corinthians by Kelly Minter
September 14 – November 2, 2017
9:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Room 124

All women are welcome to join!

This study of the book of 2 Corinthians shows us that the ancient city of Corinth was similar to our modern-day life, with a melting pot of cultural experiences and a myriad of spiritual pitfalls.  The study explores the truths of being used by God regardless of cultural setting, bearing treasures in jars of clay, meeting Christ through a pressing thorn, using our suffering to comfort others, opening our hearts in the midst of painful relationships, and embracing the lost and lonely as ministers of the new covenant.  Each of us has a message to proclaim and live by: because of Jesus, the old has gone and the new has come!

Our study includes a DVD session, small-group discussion, and homework each week.  There is a $13 fee for the class workbook.  Pre-registered childcare will be available with a minimum of four participating children.
