WHAT WE DO

You know you can build spiritual strength at Hempfield UMC, but did you know you can build physical strength as well? We offer cardio and yoga classes throughout the week to help you keep fit! • All classes in multi-purpose room (MPR).

• Weights and steps provided.

• Bring a mat or blanket & water to stay hydrated!

• No registration needed. No long-term commitment!

• Friendly & familiar faces from HUMC family

• Leave energized and with a devotion for your day!

COST $3.50 / class, cash or check payable day of class, or $75 per quarter for unlimited attendance. 


LORI WAGNER / CARDIO MIX

• Lori leads our Cardio Mix classes, which feature an easy-to-follow cardio and toning workout using a step platform and hand weights.

• You will enjoy a full cardio workout combined with core conditioning exercises to burn calories and strengthen and tone muscles in the entire body. All levels are welcome!

• Lori is a certified fitness instructor with over 30 years of experience.

WHEN • Mondays and Thursdays, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. & Wednesdays from 9 – 10 a.m.

$3.50 per class/$75 per quarter – No Registration

MARCY STONE / SOLE TO SOUL YOGA

• HUMC’s Motion and Devotion program partners with Marcy Stone of Metta School of Yoga, to offer Sole to Soul yoga practice.

• This class is considered gentle flow yoga and is suitable for everyone. All are invited to join – those with experience and those who are just learning or who are simply curious.
